From what you state (3 concurrent streams, how many transcodes and in what format) you’re nowhere near that limit (unless you forgot to mention the 4K part), so it’s not really going to help.

I purchased a used Quadro P2000 graphics card to use for video transcoding with Plex. The P1000 will do 14 x H264 1080p transcodes and roughly 3 x H264 4K (SDR) transcodes.
